Award winning mid-sized accounting firm seeking a talented Client Manager to join their division due to expansion. They are a market-leading tax and advisory professional services who specialise across Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory, Wealth Management and Finance.

The Role:

Oversee and manage a fee base of approx. $1M and 5 accountants (off-shore and on-site). Clients range from a variety of industry sectors, with clients ranging up to $80M turnover and some large private groups.

Preparation and review of income tax returns for various entities

Finalising financial accounts

Formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST and more

Tax planning and business advisory: forecasting, budgeting and restructuring advice

Train, mentor and delegate to team members

Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines

Providing support to Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives

Applicants:

Currently working in a Heavy Supervisor or Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax

CA/CPA qualified

Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen
