The Role
Based onsite in a sales office, you will play a key role in driving land and built form sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and working closely with local agents to maximise results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for land and built form projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and stakeholders
• Conduct onsite inspections, presentations, and negotiations with prospective purchasers
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within the CRM system
• Provide leadership to Sales Associates and support staff
• Attend industry events, weekly sales meetings
• Uphold brand standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

About You
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will work 5 days a week including weekends, with Wednesdays & Thursdays off. You will bring:

• Demonstrated success in residential project sales (land and/or built form)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A current NSW Assistant Agent Licence or Real Estate Licence
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, driven and customer-centric approach
• A driver’s licence and vehicle as there will be some travel involved
