Are you passionate about fashion and have a keen eye for detail? We're partnering with a renowned fashion brand in Sydney to find a Product Development Coordinator to join their team. Role Overview:
As a Product Development Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Product Development Manager to bring designs to life-from concept through to production and the shop floor. You'll ensure that products meet both the design vision and practical specifications, supporting the creation of standout collections.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in creating and updating Tech Packs and seasonal product trackers
• Measure prototypes, attend fits, and incorporate fit comments
• Support costing sheets, AP21 style set-up, and seasonal fabric development
• Maintain and update fabric swatches, labelling, category boards, and range boards
• Prepare for design handover meetings and maintain open issue logs
• Communicate daily with fabric mills, makers, and offshore vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Create rendered CADs for each style and update boards accordingly
• Keep an organized record of samples, swatches, and style documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in fashion product development; casual wear or tailoring essential, menswear a bonus
• Experience with vertical set-up and offshore vendor communication
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft tools; AI skills are a bonus
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work under tight timeframes
• Driven, action-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
