Required

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, or related qualification
• 6 years experience in a product development role
• Experience with DFM and FMEA processes
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, specifically: moulding/casting, machining, electronic systems
• Experience with test system design
• Experience with requirements analysis and pre-compliance testing

Highly desirable:

• Compliance certification
• Experience in supplier negotiation and quality management
• Project management skills using agile processes
• Mandarin language skills

Work on developing new products for a prominent Australian company, developing products for consumer and office use.
