Develop and deliver training programs for production/warehouse/ staff.

Maintain accurate training records and competency matrices for compliance and audits.

Maintain and review the skills matrix to identify gaps or surpluses.

Occasionally arvo or night shift required.

🎯 Experiences & Requirements

Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
