As part of our business expansion, we are seeking an experienced ECEC (Childcare) Trainer and Assessor to join our dynamic team. The role is primarily based in our Woolloongabba office, permanent full time role.

Main Responsibilities:

Independently deliver training for the CHC30121 and CHC50121 courses on-the-job (traineeships and Apprenticeships) and in the physical and online classroom, in accordance with agreed schedule and training plans.

Perform relevant training duties, including managing resources, delivering classes, ensuring training packages compliance, and maintaining client communication.

Support marketing efforts and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

Collaborate with the CEO, Compliance Manager, and the team to meet ASQA and DESBT standards and guidelines.

Review, develop, and deliver Government-funded educational programs and activities.

Monitor student training progression and follow-up the attendance of students advise the training coordinator of any issues or concerns.

Conduct work placement visits and maintain marking expectations.

Additional tasks may be required to support the overall objectives of business growth.

Required Qualities:

Professional approach and meet the governing bodies’ course guidelines and compliance

Strong computing and technology skills eg. Word, PDF, and PPT etc.

Business and organisational management skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Reliable, dedicated, and productive.

Ability to work effectively and passionately in a multicultural team environment.

Able to understand and support students from culturally and Linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Must have your own vehicle, a current open driver’s license, and comprehensive insurance.

Reside locally in Brisbane and ability to travel in your own car or our company car.

Qualifications and Industry Experience:

Relevant tertiary/vacational qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Current TAE qualification (e.g., TAE40116 or TAE40122 - Cert IV in Training and Assessment).

At least one year of teaching and industry experience.

Experience in teaching, training, and marketing.

Working Hours:

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

Must work in the office along with the team
