About the Role
Onsite Training Australia is looking for an engaging, hands-on Strategic Trainer to deliver:
TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment modules
RII Supervisor Workshops
Working across multiple industries — with a strong focus on Mining, Rail and Construction — you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of trainers and supervisors. This role also supports compliance updates, learning resource development, and smooth program delivery.
What You’ll Do
Deliver practical, engaging, industry-relevant training
Support the update of compliance documents & learning resources
Ensure smooth and compliant program delivery
Use and improve systems such as Moodle (LMS) and Zoho One
Be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values integrity and results
What You’ll Need
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – essential
RII Supervisor Training Competencies – essential
Experience with Moodle (LMS), Zoho One, or similar training systems – highly regarded
Strong organisational skills for updating compliance records and resources
