About The Opportunity

You will be working within a purpose built, Orthopaedic Specialist Clinic providing secretarial support to Orthopaedic Surgeons. You will be part of a dedicated team of clinicians and administrators to deliver excellent patient care.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• General administration and reception duties
• Preparing clinic rooms for consultations
• Maintaining and updating patient records and handling confidential information
• Managing patient communication, including the booking, invoicing and rescheduling of appointments
• Dealing with Third Party Insurers / Workers Compensation, Medicare and DVA

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a medical administrative role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluechip
