About The Opportunity

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing superior customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support the healthcare team
• Using computerised systems to manage patient information
• Ensuring a welcoming and empathetic environment for all patients

About You

The successful candidate will have

• Previous experience in a similar medical receptionist role
• Experience within a dermatology or skin cancer clinic (desirable)
• Exposure to a sales environment (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computerised systems
• Experience working with 'Best Practice' medical software (advantageous)
