Dental Front Office Administrator – Mend Dental
Full-Time | $30–$36 per hour (depending on experience)

Mend Dental is looking for a vibrant, organised, and professional Front Office Administrator to join our friendly team in our modern, state-of-the-art practice.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth

Managing appointments and schedules using D4W (training can be provided)

Handling phone enquiries and email correspondence

Processing invoices, payments, and receipts

Performing administrative tasks, including reconciliations, accounts, rostering, and HR support

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in dental administration or a similar customer service role

Is a confident communicator and enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team

Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Is comfortable with technology – D4W experience is preferred but training is available
