Your Role
You'll work as part of our dedicated rostering team, ensuring support workers are thoughtfully matched to each client based on their skills, availability, and individual preferences. Your attention to detail will help us provide reliable, high-quality support that our clients can depend on.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to person for rostering enquiries and requests
Create and update rosters to meet client needs and preferences
Communicate changes with empathy and clarity to clients, families, and staff
Solve problems and fill gaps quickly, keeping care continuous and stress-free
Support new client onboarding and service bookings
Maintain accurate records and data in our rostering system
Provide outstanding customer service every step of the way
About You
You have experience in aged care rostering (essential)
You have a minimum of 6-12 months aged care rostering experience
You're a natural communicator who loves helping people
You're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy environment
You're tech-savvy and comfortable with rostering systems and Microsoft Office
You have experience with specific rostering systems as required by the organisation
You hold a current National Police Clearance and SA Driver's License
You must have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
