We have 60 stores and over 800 team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.
An opportunity is now available for a Casual Service Co-ordinator at our Thebarton office. The role is fast-paced but very rewarding, which will require you to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities will include:
Handling high volume of inbound calls with high priority enquiries
Confident, clear and courteous communication required when emailing and on phones
Coordinate service requests from initial contact to end-to-end service completion
Plan, schedule and organise servicing of our products, including allocation of service technicians, coordinating spare parts and ensuring jobs are completed within service level agreements
Raise transfers for spare parts and liaise with procurement on ETA's to ensure spare parts are available for jobs as required
Support field technical enquiries and provide appropriate assistance where required
Liaise with Customers, Field Technicians and other internal departments to get the best outcomes for our customers

A flexible 'can do' attitude
SAP experience is not required, but is highly valued
