Boutique Family Law Firm seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Clerk with Law Firm experience | Part time role with flexible hours and days..

The Role

As a Part time Accounts Clerk you will be supporting the General Manager. Your duties will include:

• Trust accounting including reconciliations, receipting, reporting
• General accounting including reconciliations
• EFT reporting
• employee enquiries
• Working closely with the General Manager to facilitate efficient office operations
• Project work
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Processing and recording financial transactions
• Processing credit card transactions and reconciliation of these
• Trust to office transfers, billings and banking
• General administration duties.

This position is permanent part time. 25 hours a week (either 3 days a week or 4,5 days a week doing shorter hours).

You

You will have a minimum of 5 years Accounts Clerk experience within a law firm environment. Some trust accounts experience is also essential.

The Law Firm/ Salary

Well established boutique Family Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 20. Friendly and professional team that encourage work/life balance. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($80,000 to $90,000 plus Super pro rata'd).
