We are seeking an experienced Trust Account Administrator with Sales Administration incorporated into the role due to our existing personnel moving city.

The Position:

You will be supporting the team in the Trust Account Administration using PropertyMe software, & Sales Administration:

Managing the Sales Trust account, including release of deposits and trust account reconciliation

Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing

Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and QLD Fair Trading requirements

Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current

Process sales from executed contract through to settlement

Liaise with Solicitors and Conveyancers, including confirming settlement date and orders

Receive and process sales advice

Generate settlement letters and EFT

Daily banking

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in an administration capacity in real estate & Property Me software experience

Current Certificate of Registration in Real estate (This can be obtained)

Very Strong Admin & organization skills

Strong customer service skills

Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes

This is a Monday to Friday only position.
