We’re looking for a Senior Care Coordinator who’s ready to lead with empathy, drive excellence, and make a real impact in home care.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care

• Partner with clients, families & care teams to design meaningful care plans

• Lead with compassion while ensuring compliance & safety standards

• Manage rosters, schedules, and resources with ease

• Champion quality, innovation & continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)

• Proven expertise in managing Home Care Packages & service delivery

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with sub-contractors

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution & organisational abilities

• Tech-savviness (bonus points if you know AlayaCare)

• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians and their families
