Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is a mission-driven, fast-growing provider improving access to community care for older adults in residential aged care. We are currently recruiting for an Enrolled Nurse position for 4–5 days per week (Mon-Fri, business hours).

The role

Help deliver coordinated, patient-centred care with our GPs, geriatricians and RNs. You’ll:

Perform virtual observations/assessments & escalate concerns

Triage residents and facilitate telehealth consults

Support chronic disease monitoring and preventive care

Coordinate schedules/follow-ups with facilities & care coordinators

Document accurately to support compliance and quality improvement

Who we are looking for

Current AHPRA registration (essential)

Aged care/sub-acute/community experience (minimum 1 year desirable)

Strong assessment, communication & digital/EMR skills

Able to work autonomously within scope and escalate appropriately

Team player, professional, friendly, and flexible to work requirements

Great interpersonal skills and effective communication skills

Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills
