This full-time role is suited for someone who has held day duty in-charge responsibilities or similar senior clinical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and care teams during the AM/PM shift.
• Manage AN-ACC documentation and clinical compliance with current regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager and senior leadership team on care planning.
• Ensure accurate, timely resident assessments, care planning, and review processes.
• Facilitate smooth admissions with a focus on resident and family engagement.

What You'll Bring

• AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
• 1+ year experience in a clinical leadership or coordination role
• Strong background in Aged Care with knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged care planning & compliance is highly ideal
• Excellent communication, digital literacy, and calm under pressure
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
