In search for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
This role is the first point of contact for our clients and provides essential support to our office and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and provide updates to clients
Manage car check-ins, check-outs
Log new jobs and maintain email queries
Handle parts (ordering, receiving, returning) and sublets
Keep office tidy and organised
Maintain compliance records and office supplies
Support staff admin
The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in handling a variety of tasks ranging from client communication and job logging to managing parts, supplies, and compliance records.
