Description

Drive sales growth across the East Coast through new business development and account management.

Lead technical tender submissions with support from engineering and commercial teams.

Manage ongoing service agreements while identifying future project opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, engineering contractors, and subcontractors.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, aftersales, and product management functions.

Travel across Australia, PNG, and New Zealand to engage directly with key clients

Profile

Proven experience in technical sales within the well maintenance, well intervention, or production optimization sectors.

Strong understanding of well construction processes and related service agreements.

Ability to manage complex technical tenders and collaborate with engineering teams.

Skilled in building long-term customer relationships across operators, contractors, and subcontractors.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously with frequent travel.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver against performance targets.
