Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a national leader in waste management, based in Northgate.
The important parts:

• Monday to Friday, full-time – 38 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
• Pay rate: $35.80 per hour (Level 2 – Year 2 ORD)
• 3-month contract – an excellent opportunity to build experience in a reputable organisation

What you will be required to do:

• You'll play a key role in supporting a targeted outbound sales campaign by connecting with potential customers and identifying sales opportunities.
• Make 50–100 outbound sales calls per day using a provided script
• Identify leads and hand over qualified opportunities to the QLD Solids new business team
• Manage and update Salesforce cases while handling calls (approx. 100 activities per day)
• Accurately document lead outcomes and follow-up actions
• Provide a high standard of customer interaction and professionalism

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ideally have previous experience in a call centre or sales environment
• Be confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to the Northgate site
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
