About the role

We are currently seeking Customer Service Officer’s to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, onsite in Northgate, QLD. This position will be casual for an initial 3-month duration with potential to extend to assist our client with an outbound Sales campaign. Working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Essential)
• Previous call center experience, Salesforce, transport/logistics or supply chain systems (Desirable)
• Efficient processor who thrives on growing their skills and boosting output
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good work ethic
• Commitment to safety
• High attention to detail
• Customer focused, patient and resilient

Duties & Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Campaign - approximately 50-100 outbound calls per day (given a script to identify a lead/opportunity and if interest gained, passing lead through to business representative for the client).
