Tutor Network is a premium tutoring business that helps students close learning gaps and build confidence. We're looking for an experienced outbound sales agent to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role suits someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, is motivated by results, and can confidently manage conversations with families. If you have outbound sales or call centre sales experience and want the flexibility of part-time work, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm leads (families who have already enquired)

Follow up with previous enquiries and check in with existing families

Guide parents to the right tutoring solution for their child

Ask for referrals when appropriate

Close the sale and hand over to our enrolment team

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound sales (call centre background highly regarded)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Empathetic and solutions-focused, with the ability to understand customer needs

Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently from home

Able to commit to 20 hours per week (approx. 4 hours per day, weekdays, plus some weekends if required)

Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position

What's on Offer

On-target earnings of $56k per annum for 20 hours per week
