About us:
Community Services #1 is a profit for purpose organisation dedicated to supporting people and families in the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. With over 200 employees and volunteers, we deliver programs that address community needs and foster a sense of belonging.
About the Role:
Carry out basic gardening and maintenance across our Head Office, and Early Childhood Services.
Remove and dispose of replaced furniture/equipment at the Tip.
Assist with setting up/packing up organisational events.
Assist with moving furniture and office set up.
About you:
Has previous experience in maintenance and/or gardening.
Ability to respectfully maintain our clients' right to dignity, privacy & dignity of choice.
Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card and Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Full Drivers' License and own vehicle.
What we offer:
Hourly rate of $38.65-$41.45, plus 12% superannuation
Fixed-Term Position until the End of November (with a potential opportunity to extend).
