Operating seven days a week, we serve lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday, with a relaxed lunch service on Sundays. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join Havana Bar, Cafe Sydney’s cocktail bar. This role requires a skilled bartender with strong knowledge of classic cocktails, the ability to perform in a high-volume setting, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

This is a full-time position, paid hourly under our Enterprise Agreement.

Responsibilities Include

Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails

Engaging with guests to provide warm, professional bar service

Managing high-volume cocktail service while maintaining consistency and precision

Supporting the beverage team with stock management, preparation and cleanliness

Contributing to the energy and atmosphere of Havana Bar

About You

Minimum three years’ bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail bar

Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology fundamentals

Professional, engaging and service-oriented personality

Must hold a current RSA

Successful candidates will also be required to complete the NSW Food Authority Food Handler Basics training

Must have full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)

Availability across evenings and weekends
