Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for passionate Food & Beverage Attendant (Full time) to join our Award-winning Bar 'Arches on Market'.
About the role:
Contribute to the operations of the full venue and provide support to the Management team to effectively operate the venue.
Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue
Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards
Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too.
About You:
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills and beverage knowledge
Excellent personal presentation
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
The availability to work a rotating roster including late evenings, weekends and public holidays
Possess full time working right in Australia
