Join our team in Karratha at Big Poppa's pizza & pasta in a leading capacity, and put your hospitality stamp on our Venue.

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to apply their skills to aid in positioning Big Poppa's as a food destination.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of Front of House, stock control, ordering and rosters, along with running a team of delivery drivers.

Ideally you will have experience in all areas of Front of House with the skills and attitude needed to work with talented teams.

Our group, Warlu Way, is building an exceptional hospitality and accommodation brand in WA and gaining a reputation for excellence in both product and service.

About You:

Several years of experience in Restaurant or Front of House management.

Being part of a high performance culture.

Being able to promote and drive business.

An understanding of current market trends.

Ability to aid in the costings of all beverage items and maintain stock control.

Experience in a similar role.

An obsession with guest satisfaction

Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment maintaining a level headed headed temperament.

Self-motivation, can do attitude

Participates in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Successful candidates will partner closely with the kitchen leadership team to produce great outcomes for our operation.
