Eucla Motel is a remote hotel on the Eyre Highway. We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Hotel Manager to join our family business.

The successful applicant will need to be able to work and live in a remote area reporting daily to the management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to:

● Manage Front-of-House operations

● Oversee property and security maintenance

● Direct food and beverage service

● Ensure regulatory compliance

● Evaluate guests satisfaction and support guest engagement

● Control financial and procurement

● Adhere to workplace safety

Requirements:

● AQF Certificate IV (or at least three years of relevant experience)

● AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training

● RSA and Approved management card is a must

● Strong computer skills
