Duty Manager / Assistant Manager – Front of House

💼 About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll play a key role in the daily front-of-house operations. You'll work closely with our passionate team to uphold high service standards, ensure smooth service flow, and create memorable guest experiences.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
• Overseeing daily FOH operations and maintaining a positive venue atmosphere
• Opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Maintaining high standards in venue presentation and guest satisfaction
• Supporting business performance through ordering, rostering, and a solid understanding of financial goals, systems, and procedures

🕒 Availability

Flexibility is important:
We serve lunch six days a week, dinner seven nights a week, and breakfast & bottomless brunch on weekends.
Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on structured rosters, functions, and events.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Approved Manager’s Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid WA RSA Certificate
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role
• Strong bar and front-of-house experience — coffee/barista skills desirable
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership ability with the confidence to inspire and guide a team
• Familiarity with POS systems and online booking platforms
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player.
• Full Australian working rights (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship)
• Must currently be based in Western Australia
