This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on leadership role, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. For the right candidate, accommodation is available to support relocation.

What you'll do:

Oversee day-to-day venue operations to ensure exceptional service and standards

Lead, support, and motivate front-of-house teams

Manage staff rosters and shift performance

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and company policies

Assist senior management with venue administration and reporting

What we're looking for:

Previous leadership experience in hospitality (bars, pubs, restaurants, or similar)

Strong communication and people management skills

A customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving ability

RSA Certificate (mandatory)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• WA Approved Managers Card
