We're Hiring – Persian/Farsi/Dari -Speaking Support Worker
Cross Continent Care is seeking a Farsi-speaking support worker to assist a participant who is paralysed from the waist down.
Support Required
Personal Care
Mobility assistance
Mealtime support
Medication management (including enemas)
Catheter care
Bowel management
Domestic Care
Assistance with daily household tasks and routines
Social Participation
Support with community engagement and social activities
About You
Compassionate and reliable
Experience in personal care, catheter & bowel management preferred
Minimum 6 months experience in personal care required
Training will be provided for catheter and bowel management
Able to communicate in Persian/Farsi/Dari
Basic conversational English proficiency required alongside Persian/Farsi/Dari language skills
Eligible to work in Australia (NDIS checks & police check required)
