Your Role Will Involve:

Providing personal care and daily support to individuals with disabilities

Assisting with everyday activities and community engagement

Supporting participants with Autism and Epilepsy

Encouraging independence and improving overall quality of life

Building respectful, meaningful relationships with clients and their families

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience working with people with Autism and Epilepsy (essential)

Experience in a disability support or care role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for helping others

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Compliance Requirements (must be provided):

100 Points of ID (Driver’s Licence + Passport or Birth Certificate)

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

National Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Car Insurance

Public Liability Insurance

Car Registration Details

First Aid & CPR Certificate

NDIS Orientation Certificate

NDIS Induction Certificate

NDIS Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate

NDIS Effective Communication Certificate

Infection Control Certificate
