APAC FM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of security projects across alarms, CCTV, access control, automated gates, fencing, and bollards.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing projects end to end ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role involves supervising teams and contractors, liaising with clients, and supporting the General Manager with estimating, quoting, and operational administration.

Day to Day

Manage end-to-end delivery of security installation projects (alarms, CCTV/IP cameras, access control, automated gates, fencing, bollards).

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Liaise with clients, providing professional communication and excellent customer service.

Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality audits.

Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Ensure compliance with WHS, Environmental, Information Security, and Quality requirements under the Business Management System (BMS).

Assist with estimating, quotations, and tender submissions.

What you need to apply 👉

Proven project management experience in security installations, construction, or building services.

Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (alarms, surveillance, access control) and perimeter products (fencing, automated gates, bollards).

Demonstrated ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Qualifications

Current Security Licence

Driver’s Licence

White Card

Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or Business highly desired.
