The Role

Reporting directly to the Director and Project Manager, you will support project delivery from design development through to completion. Projects span retail, hospitality, office fit-outs, and boutique commercial new builds, with values up to $15M.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with programming, procurement, subcontractor coordination, contract documentation, site activities, managing RFIs, variations, progress claims, and contributing to project meetings and client communications. This is a growth-oriented role with structured support designed to transition you into a Project Manager position within 12 to 18 months, based on your performance.

The Like Mind

You have 2 to 6 years’ commercial construction experience, currently working as a Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer, or Junior Project Manager. You hold a degree in Construction Management or a related field and have a strong understanding of project coordination, contract administration, and site processes. You are flexible and agile, able to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus. As a collaborative team player, you communicate clearly and seek clarification when necessary but also possess the confidence and judgement to make decisions independently.
