San Antone Food Group is a family-owned food business with big dreams (and an even bigger love of seafood 🍤). From our Sunshine Coast base, we deliver premium, sustainable Aussie seafood and produce to customers here and overseas. We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Sales & Office Coordinator who wants to grow with us.

This isn’t your standard admin job. You’ll be right in the mix — supporting our Directors, helping customers, and keeping the office buzzing. You’ll also get to join promotional events and enjoy early Friday finishes. Variety? Always. Boring? Never.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities

Manage customer service and act as first point of contact for clients

Build and maintain the CRM database to strengthen client relationships

Process orders (ideally through Ordermentum) and prepare invoices in Xero

Oversee export and import documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and suppliers

Handle outstanding accounts with professionalism and tact

Assist with reception duties, emails, calls, and general office admin

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and parcels

Create engaging marketing materials and posts in Canva for social media

Be involved in promotional events and brand-building activities

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
Strong communication skills – confident, clear, and personable
* Attention to detail & ability to multitask – you can juggle priorities without missing a beat
✨ Organised, reliable, and proactive approach – you take initiative and get things done
✨ Experience with export and import processes (essential)
✨ Proficiency with Xero (must-have) and ideally Ordermentum
✨ Creativity with Canva & social media
✨ Motivation, ambition & a genuine interest in building a career (not just a job!)
✨ Bonus: experience in the food manufacturing industry or similar
