The Role
As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you’ll be the crucial link between marketing and sales, taking ownership on ensuring the right prospects are identified, qualified, and ready for sales engagement.

Reporting into marketing, you’ll focus on data-driven market segmentation, event & inbound qualification, and contribute to strategic campaign execution. This is not a “list builder” role; it’s a hands-on, commercially minded position where you’ll help shape how the business identifies and nurtures opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Account mapping & segmentation: Build and refine prospect lists, focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Outbound & inbound qualification: Vet opportunities, validate leads, and ensure the sales team are engaging with the right prospects.
  • Campaign support: Assist in executing account-based marketing campaigns, roundtables, and workshops (events)
  • Nurture programs: Build and manage lead nurturing systems in HubSpot, including scoring and automation.
  • Targeted outreach: Support personalised outreach campaigns (emails, events, tailored messaging).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a small, agile marketing team and partner tightly with sales.

About You

  • 4–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and lead qualification.
  • Confident working with data-heavy processes (HubSpot or similar tools).
  • Polished and professional communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Based in Melbourne (preferred), though Sydney candidates can be considered
