The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across Melbourne’s North and West regions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, inspiring, and developing Store Managers and their teams to deliver sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI performance across your region through effective leadership and coaching.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations.
• Lead, inspire and develop Store Managers, fostering high-performing teams.
• Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and stock management.
• Monitor financial performance including wages, shrinkage and controllable costs.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and omni-channel experiences.
• Build strong internal relationships and act as a true brand ambassador.
• Managing and overseeing multiple boutiques and concessions.
