To be successful you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing clinical care in an aged care setting (CCC, NUM, CCM or AHS)
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development
• Proven ability to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional shift coverage
• High level of organisation and adaptability, with a commitment to innovation and excellence
