A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a prestigious global law firm.

This role will play a central part in supporting the firm's people agenda and delivering high-quality HR services across the business.

The Role

As Human Resources Manager, you will partner with senior leadership and practice leads to provide operational and strategic HR support. This role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the employee life cycle, employee engagement, leading HR policy implementation and managing a range of people related initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising partners and managers on employee relations, performance and workforce planning;

Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development activities

Managing the annual performance review and remuneration process

Supporting wellbeing, inclusion and diversity programs

Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and global HR
frameworks

About You

We are seeking a confident and professional HR manager who brings:

Proven experience in human resources management, ideally gained within professional services or legal sectors

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice

An adaptable, hands-on approach with the ability to build credibility quickly

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
