What You’ll Do

Lead a team of paralegals handling daily enquiries, responding to their tasks on claim viability.

Triage new matters across four areas: Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, TPD and Public Liability.

Guard standards: no abusive clients, no unviable claims.

Track conversions, spot bottlenecks, and report with clarity.

Build training that sharpens judgement and intake.

What You Bring

At least 12 months in personal injury (lawyer, paralegal, or enquiries).

Experience in Workers’ Comp, MVA, TPD, or PL.

Confidence with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred but not essential) or fast learning curve.

Clear communicator - you cut through legal jargon.

Detail-driven, organised, comfortable with data.

Proactive mindset - you take ownership, not instructions.
