We’re a hands-on, fast-paced team based in Miranda, and we’re currently looking for an office Allrounder to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As our Office Allrounder, you’ll play a key support role in the daily operations of our business. From answering calls and assisting with admin to helping with accounts and logistics coordination, no two days will be the same.
This is a great role for someone who’s organised, friendly, and happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
Answer phones and manage general email enquiries.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate deliveries or couriers as needed.
Support the team with document preparation, printing, and filing.
Accounts & Invoicing Support
Assist with data entry into Xero
Help with generating quotes and invoices from templates
Reconcile receipts and chase up missing documentation.
Customer & Supplier Support
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding delivery timelines or bookings.
Follow up with clients on basic queries or documentation.
Maintain accurate records in project tracking systems.
Project & Logistics Assistance
Help with booking freight, labour, cross hire, couriers, or travel arrangements.
Print and prepare job packs or install documents for project teams.
Support warehouse and production team with admin-based tasks.
Skills & Experience
Prior experience in an admin, reception, sales or project coordinator role
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Familiarity with Xero or other accounting/CRM tools is a bonus (training provided).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise tasks.
A friendly, down-to-earth attitude and willingness to help across the team.
