We are currently seeking a reliable, organised, and friendly part-time Administration Assistant to join our team in our Liverpool Office.
Position Overview
This part-time, onsite, team-based role is ideal for someone who is looking to be an integral part of a professional office without the demands of full-time hours. The role offers the opportunity to support various aspects of an accounting practice and contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
You’ll work closely with our accountants and management team, performing both general office duties and occasional client-facing tasks.
Essential Requirements
Working knowledge of office equipment such as telephones, printers, and copiers
Be punctual, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Office 365, Word, Excel
Strong organisational skills
High attention to detail
Excellent Client Service Skills, both in person and on the phone
Previous experience in an accounting office or professional office is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
General front office management of reception area
General Administrative tasks including, receive inbound calls, schedule meetings, meeting clients and visitors at reception.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and an administration email address.
Scanning and electronic filing of documents
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other government agencies
Administration Support to team and other duties required by management (including preparation of financial reports and documents, data entry, uploading work received to our database and workflow etc)
