Security Manager – Corporate Contracts (North & South of the River)

EON Protection is a leading provider of integrated security solutions across Western Australia. We are seeking a licensed Security Manager to oversee corporate contracts in Fremantle and Mirrabooka. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

The Role
As Security Manager, you will:

Deliver high-quality front-line customer service and support, ensuring positive client experiences and satisfaction.

Manage site security operations, administration, and reporting, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Lead client and contract meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment on service delivery, and fostering strong, ongoing stakeholder relationships.

Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to resolve operational and site issues, safeguarding service quality and compliance.

Maintain accurate incident records and documentation, providing transparent reporting, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement.

Uphold professional standards in conduct and appearance, modelling integrity and accountability.

Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, promoting engagement, collaboration, and high performance.

What We're Looking For

Current WA Security License & First Aid Certificate

Driver's license and reliable transport

Strong computer literacy and administrative skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional presentation and ability to perform physically demanding duties

Previous Security Manager experience (desirable)

Military, Law Enforcement, or Specialist Security background (highly regarded)
