About the role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Diana’s Contract in our Bellevue office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by building strong client relationships and helping more companies across WA and beyond discover our trusted transport and logistics solutions.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across metro Perth, regional WA, and interstate

Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and communication

Presenting our company's products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner to secure new business

Collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies

Continuously monitoring and reporting on your sales pipeline and performance

Providing excellent customer service and managing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the logistics/ transport industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
