Role Overview

As Community Manager at Alchemy Saunas, you’ll be the engine behind our community experience. You’ll connect members, partners, and local brands into something bigger than just sauna sessions, you’ll help shape a movement around wellness and connection.

What You’ll Do

Community Building & Growth

Nurture and grow our member community through digital comms, events, and partnerships.

Manage memberships end-to-end, from onboarding, milestone celebrations and retention.

Build and manage partnerships with aligned brands, local businesses, and influencers.

Support corporate wellness and membership initiatives.

Events & Activations

Plan and deliver community events that inspire belonging (member nights, themed sessions, wellness workshops).

Manage the full event pipeline, from intake to pricing, logistics, delivery, and follow-up.

Member Experience & Support

Celebrate member milestones and proactively gather feedback.

Drive reviews, referrals, and positive word of mouth.

This role includes evenings and weekends, with time in-venue to connect with members and lead the community experience.
