We are a medium-sized builder/developer specialising in townhouses, duplexes, and dual-living homes, with a growing pipeline of residential communities and over-50s lifestyle villages. Our next major project, Sea Spirit Lifestyle Communities – The Links, is a flagship lifestyle village bringing high-quality homes and facilities to South West Rocks.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction to lead this project. This senior role requires strong expertise in civil coordination and residential building, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will be supported by construction administrators, office staff, and senior management, while being the key driver of project outcomes onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of The Links development, from civil works through to dwellings.

Oversee project scope, program, and milestones with senior management.

Coordinate contractors, consultants, and trades to achieve program outcomes.

Ensure compliance with codes, legislation, WHS, and company standards.

Review and approve project documentation prior to mobilisation.

Keep Procore scheduling, reporting, and defect registers accurate and up to date.

Drive quality assurance, safety, and proactive risk management.

Provide strong leadership and clear direction to site teams and subcontractors.

About You

Proven experience in civil coordination and residential construction management.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.

Strong knowledge of subdivision works, services, and community infrastructure.

Proficiency with Procore and/or Microsoft Projects (desirable).

Strong communication, stakeholder, and contractor management skills.

Hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and safety.

Comprehensive knowledge of NCC, codes, and industry best practice.
