Are you ready to take the next step in your project management career? We’re seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a growing construction and fabrication business based in Sydney.

About the Role

Working closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of a wide variety of projects. This role offers hands-on exposure across all stages of project management — from planning and procurement through to site coordination, safety, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with short-term project planning and scheduling

Support client and subcontractor communication

Help coordinate trades, deliveries, and site activities

Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and reviewing invoices

Contribute to WHS compliance and quality assurance documentation

Provide support with project variations and design documentation

About You

Some experience as project coordinator or project manager

Experience in Steel

Highly organised with strong communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly

Confident with Microsoft Office; exposure to project software is an advantage

Eager to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors

Construction Management degree preferred but not essential
