The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in construction management while working on landmark residential and commercial projects.

You will assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, gaining exposure to all aspects of project management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating works

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

Assist in managing project budgets, variations, and progress claims

Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Monitor site progress and compliance with safety and quality standards

Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes

About You

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or working towards)

1–2 years’ experience in construction (site or office-based) in management role.

Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a growing team

A passion for high-end and complex construction projects
