The Organisation
Is a well-known community fund with 59 years of expertise within Investments and loan facilities. They pride themselves in helping their clients to be financially stronger and giving back to their community. This small team works from a CBD location in new premises and have an opening for a Client Service Officer to join their strong customer focused team.

The role
As a Client Service Officer, you will maintain exceptionally strong client service by completing client enquiries and transactions (in person, phone, email and email) including providing client support with our Online Services platform. Duties include, opening and closing accounts, Term Investment renewals, transaction processing, balancing teller cash and administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal person for this fantastic opportunity will have previous client facing experience in a Credit Union, Retail Banking and/or Business Banking. You will need to have excellent client service skills, attention to detail, accuracy and the flexibility required to be part of a small team.
