Clarity Partners is partnering with a well-established advisory firm based in West Perth. Known for delivering tailored accounting, taxation, and business advisory services, the firm supports a diverse client base including individuals, SMEs, and SMSFs.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Advisor to join the team on a part-time basis. In this key support role, you will assist with compliance, client onboarding, and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional experience for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lodge ASIC forms, manage overdue lodgements, and process annual company statements
- Assist with incorporation, trust deed setup, and business name registrations
- Order ABN/TFN/GST/PAYG registrations as required
- Assist with SMSF administration and the coordination of audit, insurance invoicing
- Manage client onboarding and disengagement processes, including ethical letters
- Update client information in Xero, FYI, and maintain structure maps
- Handle client service requests, such as retrieving tax documents or portal support (MyGov, Fusesign, etc.)
- Liaise with the ATO for deferral requests, remissions, and updates
- Monitor and follow up on ATO communication, BAS lists, and debt lists
- Support the creation and follow-up of Ignition proposals (client engagements)
- Draft and post client invoices; manage WIP and fee workflows
- Perform general admin and support tasks, including email triage and ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in an accounting, tax, or professional services environment (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of ATO portals, Xero, and ASIC systems
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small team environment
- Familiarity with tools such as FYI Docs, Ignition, and Fusesign is highly desirable
