The role

In this varied, hands-on role working between our small onsite warehouse and the office, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our CRANAplus team organised:

Book and confirm freight so equipment arrives on time for courses.

Distribute CRANAplus-branded items (uniforms, backpacks, materials) to facilitators.

Assemble full sets of equipment and admin packs for courses.

Track restocking needs, complete paperwork, and follow up on faults/issues.

Purchase consumables, equipment, and resources (online and in-person).

Keep warehouse equipment/consumables secure, organised, and ready to use

Maintain and share clear processes for dispatching and receiving course equipment

About You

Previous experience in logistics or coordination.

Strong organisational skills — attention to detail is everything in this role.

Experience with computer and inventory systems

Experience with general inventory software is required.

Proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills

Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to shifting requirements

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Resilience under pressure and commitment to deadlines.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about what they do, and brings positive energy to the workplace

Based in Wingfield – this is an in-office role

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Experience working in a health/medical organisation or completion of a medical terminology course is desired but not essential

This role involves the manual handling of various education equipment sets, so you will need to be comfortable using trolleys and other manual handling supports.
